Biology 175

During Monday's lab, 2/17, 
we learned how to maintain sterile conditions while performing a T streak using stock bacterial cultures and then had time to practice our Gram Stain Technique.
There is no pre-lab for next week. 
We'll be evaluating the plates we streaked last night and determining if we were able to successfully isolate bacterial colonies. We'll also have time to practice again the gram stain and our microscopic technique.
